This proposal for the building of a community centre in Roses was awarded second prize. The essence of the project is based on a volumetry formed by a layer of ceramic slates that tinge the vision but always allow the light to come in. The ground floor is characterized for having great permeability generated by the large glass openings and by terraced stairs leading to a large double space that physically and visually connects the ground floor with the underground. The way the space is organized invites citizens to take part in the activities that take place in the premises.
